In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to add a Neon Effect to your video using CapCut Mobile. This effect gives your footage a glowing outline, making your subject stand out with a vibrant, futuristic glow. You can fine-tune the effect by adjusting the Atmosphere slider to control how strong or soft the neon glow appears. Perfect for music videos, dance edits, or creative visual effects! Steps to Apply the Effect: Open CapCut Mobile and import your video into the project. Tap on the video clip in the timeline to select it. Tap on the Effects button from the bottom toolbar. Select Video Effects. Scroll down and open the Comics tab. Choose the Neon effect. The effect will be applied directly to your clip, giving it a glowing, colorful outline.
