In this tutorial, we’ll learn how to apply the Trippy Double Flip Effect in CapCut Mobile — a mind-bending, energetic effect that flips your video in a mirrored motion with vibrant distortion. You’ll also see how to fine-tune the Speed and Lateral Chromatic Aberration sliders to achieve the perfect trippy motion. Steps to Apply the Effect: Import your video into CapCut Mobile and place it on the timeline. Tap your clip to select it. From the bottom toolbar, choose Effects. Tap on Video Effects. Go to the Party tab. Search for Double Flip and tap on it to apply the effect directly to your video. Once it’s added, you’ll notice your video starts flipping rapidly with a colorful, trippy distortion — giving it a cool, double-flip illusion. Tap on the effect again to open the Adjustment Panel. Adjust the Speed slider to control how fast the flips happen. Move it to the right for a faster, more chaotic look. Move it to the left for a slower, smoother flip motion.
