Steps to Apply the Effect: Import your video into CapCut Mobile and place it on the timeline. Tap the clip to select it. From the bottom toolbar, open Effects. Go to Video Effects. Now, navigate to the Motion tab. Search for Fixed Rhythm and tap on it to apply it directly to your video. The camera will now start moving rhythmically as if it’s dancing along with the music.
