Steps to Apply the Effect: Open CapCut and import the video you want to edit. Tap on your video in the timeline to select it. From the bottom toolbar, tap Effects. Go to Video Effects. Tap on the Motion category. Scroll or search for Heart Magnifier and tap to apply it. The effect will now appear directly on your clip. Tap on the effect layer again to open the Adjustment Options.
