Short lecture on Huckel's rule in aromaticity. Huckel's rule states that an aromatic molecule has 4n+2 pi electrons, and an anti-aromatic molecule has 4n pi electrons. This is in agreement with predictions from the particle in a ring model system, where 4n+2 electrons form a completely filled shell, and 4n electrons form a half-filled shell.
