Starting from the Arrhenius equation, we linearize it into the form y = mx + c, calculate the required values of x_ and y_, and test different slope values (m_, m_, m_, m_). By computing the SSE for each case, we identify which slope minimizes the error and hence corresponds to the correct activation energy. This step-by-step approach combines chemical kinetics with mathematical reasoning.
