We begin with binomial multiplication using the FOIL method, then extend the approach to multiplying monomials, binomials with trinomials, and general polynomials of higher degree. The session covers the term-by-term multiplication strategy and derives a systematic formula for finding the coefficients of the resulting polynomial. Several worked examples are included to build confidence in applying these techniques.
