This Strength & Power Circuits Workout combines targeted strength and explosive power moves to build muscle, boost agility, and torch calories. You’ll work through two upper body circuits and two lower body circuits, pushing your strength while keeping your heart rate up. Get ready to feel strong, athletic, and unstoppable! 🔥💪 I used a a set of 3kg/7lbs + 5kg/10 lbs, 7.5kg/16.5 lbs +10kg/22 lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
