Love the bootcamp style workouts where you can get out all your favourite gear? Me too! This 30 minute Total Body Bootcamp Mixed Equipment Workout will not disappoint. You'll need a variety of equipment to complete this home bootcamp workout. Including 1 kettlebell ( I used 12kg) + A variety of weighted dumbbells ( I used 1 set of 5kg) + 1 weight plate ( I used a 5kg plate) + something to jump/step up onto. Don't worry if you don't have anywhere or all of that equipment. I'll show the dumbbell or bodyweight alternative for every single move. There are 2 circuits that make up this workout. Repeat each circuit 2 x through 40 seconds work/20 Secs rest.
