Introduction to Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics - Example problem using tabulated Txy data (Chapter 8, Problem 1)

In this problem we are provided with tabulated data for the binary system methanol/ethanol and asked a series of questions. For the solution we sketch a Txy phase diagram and use this to set-up and answer the questions. A copy of the problem statement and my solutions may be found below.
