In this example problem we compute the fugacity and fugacity coefficient of the components in a binary mixture at vapor/liquid equilibrium. We are given the temperature and pressure of the system, the (mole frac) composition of both phases, and told that the vapor phase may be treated as an ideal gas. If you are in my Fall 2023 Chemical Engineering Thermodynamics course, this corresponds to Problem 3 from Chapter 11.
