In this screen cast I work out an expression relating the constant pressure heat capacity (Cp) and the constant volume heat capacity (Cv). Below is a link to the derivation from the end of the screen cast which can also be found in the nice typed notes I provide in class (also provided below), and the equation sheet used in class. The derivation begins with our expressions for entropy (S) with independent variables T and P, and T and V, which were worked out in their own screen casts.
