Full Transcript

In this screen cast I work out an expression relating the constant pressure heat capacity (Cp) and the constant volume heat capacity (Cv). Below is a link to the derivation from the end of the screen cast which can also be found in the nice typed notes I provide in class (also provided below), and the equation sheet used in class. The derivation begins with our expressions for entropy (S) with independent variables T and P, and T and V, which were worked out in their own screen casts. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rfU4Lf6iC3n9tYmozMnio5JdOhh2oAPy/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/open?id=19cC3q4zkWVZHh5-sOOPZU2h1QuDsl5uT https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_WSJVJQNh7c73X2j_Zd9wPQm5Fg9Zvq_/view?usp=sharing ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/c/AndrewPaluch?sub_confirmation=1
