Conflict: A process that involves people disagreeing. The difference between two or more beliefs, ideas, or interests.
Conflict, if managed correctly, can be beneficial to an organization.
4 types of conflict:
1. Intrapersonal conflict refers to conflict that takes place within a person’s mind.
2. Interpersonal conflict takes place between two people.
3. Intragroup conflict occurs when two or more members of a team don’t agree.
4. Intergroup conflict occurs when two different teams within an organization experience a conflict.
