Conflict: A process that involves people disagreeing. The difference between two or more beliefs, ideas, or interests.   Conflict, if managed correctly, can be beneficial to an organization. 4 types of conflict: 1. Intrapersonal conflict refers to conflict that takes place within a person’s mind. 2. Interpersonal conflict takes place between two people. 3.
