The rational decision-making model consists of multiple steps, and allows you to make decisions using an organized process.
There are several pitfalls to avoid when making decisions, including anchoring, sunk decisions, status quo, and overconfidence bias.
There are a variety of ways you can make management decisions. Some involve little or no input from employees; others allow to identify the problem and make the final decision.
When making personal decisions, considering values and goals is an important part of the process.
