The Men's Health article: https://www.menshealth.com/fitness/a30431184/100-pushups-pullups-superset-workout-video/ This one was a bit casual compared to my usual videos... Recently my "100 Push Ups & Pull Ups A Day For 30 Days" video got featured in Men's Health and it brought up a lot of questions about the validity of training 7 days a week. The truth is that I only trained every day for that challenge because I was trying to get views. And as I mentioned in my Overtraining Symptoms video, it's best to have rest days between your workouts for proper recovery of the skeletal muscle and CNS (central nervous system). HOWEVER, I will admit - to my surprise - that my pull up max increased by 6 reps during that challenge, which I certainly was not expecting. And that result has made me question the validity of the overtraining principle a little bit since I completed the challenge. In this video I explain my experience with the challenge, why you should have days off from intense training, and which type of light bodyweight training can be done 7 days per week (mobility, aerobic exercise, primal movement, handstand training, etc.). I hope you all enjoy the video and find the information useful. And thanks for watching, as always :-) -Ryan
