⏩⏩⏩ Get 10% OFF BaseBlocks calisthenics equipment at checkout by using this link: https://baseblocks.fit/?minusthegym This is a beginner/intermediate no equipment leg workout that you can do anywhere - at home, in a hotel room, outside - anywhere you want. It's similar to the 4x4 circuit I recommend for the beginner routine, except every exercise is for lower body (quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves). This is great for when you start delving into split routines and need to dedicate entire workouts to legs. The exercises in the circuit are: - Reverse Lunges - Squat with Calf Raise - Archer Squats - Single-Leg Glute Raises The combination of the exercises above will hit your thighs, glutes and a bit of calves, resulting in a complete lower body workout. I also include a handful of other beginner/intermediate bodyweight leg exercises at the end that you can use to switch things up with this routine. Happy training! -Ryan You can also follow me here: Instagram: https://goo.gl/7n5Nmn Facebook: https://goo.gl/ZdJL3H Twitter: https://goo.gl/UjpDny __________ Lightness by Nomyn https://soundcloud.com/nomyn Creative Commons — Attribution 3.0 Unported — CC BY 3.0 http://creativecommons.org/licenses/b...
