The challenge is to calculate the probability of hitting a central rectangular region on a circular dartboard. By comparing the area of the rectangle (length _ breadth) to the total area of the circle, we determine the winning probability. The lecture walks through each step of the reasoning — from defining the sample space to applying geometric probability concepts — helping you connect area-based reasoning with probabilistic interpretation in a simple, visual way.
