Given that no three dogs are collinear unless specifically placed that way, we calculate the total number of unique straight lines that can be formed by joining pairs of dogs. The problem also accounts for cases where three or four dogs lie on the same line. Through this engaging scenario, you’ll learn how to apply combinations and logical reasoning to solve geometrical counting puzzles effectively.
