Gumawa ng siomai filling: Sa malaking mixing bowl, pagsamahin ang ground pork (or ground chicken), minced carrots, chopped onions, and garlic. I-fold using the traditional siomai shape – gather the edges and press gently to form an open-top dumpling. Optional: lagyan ng carrot bits on top for color. 🔹 3. Ihanda ang steamer: Grease the steamer tray or lagyan ng wax paper para hindi dumikit ang siomai. Arrange the siomai pieces with enough spacing between them. 🔹 4. I-steam ang siomai: I-steam over boiling water for 20–25 minutes or until fully cooked. Huwag buksan ang takip habang nag-i-steam to maintain heat. 🔹 5. Tikman at ayusin kung kailangan: Test-cook 1 or 2 siomai bago i-steam lahat para ma-adjust ang lasa ng mixture if needed. 🔹 6. I-serve or i-pack for selling: Pwede i-serve per 3 or per 5 pcs in paper trays with chili garlic and toyomansi. Pwede rin i-pack frozen — ilagay sa resealable pouches or plastic tubs. __________________________________________________ Let's connect! 👍 https://facebook.com/ninabacani 🎵 https://www.tiktok.com/@nina.bacani 📸 https://instagram.com/nina.bacani 📧 [email protected] __________________________________________________ Get my eBooks & Courses or Join my Workshops! https://ninabacani.com __________________________________________________ Join my Recipe Community, Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/negosyantengmisis __________________________________________________
