LUMPIANG SHANGHAI | THE BEST & EASY WAY TO MAKE (Exact ingredients below) Lumpiang Shanghai is a type of finger food which is served during celebrations in Philippines. It is a Filipino egg roll filled with pork mince, carrots celery, red bell pepper, garlic, onion etc. It is best eaten with a dipping sauce.
