I’ve left her to cry alone, I’ve told her to stop feeling, I didn’t allow her to fully express herself. After years of pushing her down, I finally decided to acknowledge her one day. Accepting and embracing her in my life has helped me heal in so many more ways than one. Today, I share an art activity to help connect you to your Inner Child, by allowing them to express themselves through the creative process.
