Art Activity for Clarity - Anyone else feeling unsettled and clouded this past week? The devastating wildfires in the U.S has brought heavy smoke in Vancouver. My mind and heart feels like it looks outside. I’ve been feeling lethargic, confused and heavy. In my new video, I share a simple and meditative Art Therapy activity to help you connect to your breath to find lightness and clarity. Taking the time to breath properly is so important for our health. If you decide to try this exercise, please share with me, I would love to see it! Are you feeling a lost sense of self and need an outlet? Creating art and expressing yourself is an essential part of our self-care. I am here to support you on your creative journey to dive deeper into who you are. I am available for 1-on-1 online sessions, please email me to book.
