Grounding Art Therapy Activity. Anyone else feeling the shift of energy in the air? Now that summer is coming to an end and fall is about to begin, I am finding that the urge to go more inward. I’ve been thinking about the next steps and what I can do to better prepare for the cooler months ahead.
