ART EXERCISE FOR LOVE LANGUAGES Do you know what your love language is? According to Dr. Gary Chapman, there are 5 main ways that we give and want to receive love. Physical touch, words of affirmation, acts of service, gifts and quality time. There is usually one dominant language of love that is most meaningful for us, although many of us can be multi-lingual in love as well. Knowing this about yourself can help you connect deeper to yourself and to the people you’re in relationship with. Today, I share a therapeutic art exercise to help you discover your language of love in a creative way, while connecting to the feeling in your heart. If you decide to try this, please share with me, I would love to see it! WORK WITH ME - 1:1 ONLINE THERAPEUTIC ART SESSIONS: Are you feeling a lost sense of self and need an outlet?
