This random event has some robbers engaged in a shoot out with the cops. There are various different ways to complete this, but I prefer to shoot the robbers and grab the two suitcases of money, then all you have to do is escape a two star wanted level. I avoid fighting the cops as that just risks getting a higher wanted level.
Contributes to 100% as one of 14 random events from 60.
