It is possible, as shown here to avoid getting stunned. The attacked will always come at you from behind when you get out of your vehicle - behind being defined by which way your camera is pointed (i.e. so the attacker will not appear in your line of sight when they fire their first shot). Therefore, if you angle the camera so your vehicle is between you and the camera, the stun gun will hit your truck instead. This gives you enough time to activate Trevor's special ability (which will make you immune to further shots), and shoot your attacker. This way you can get the stun gun early as well as completing this random event. Contributes to 100% as one of 14 random events from 60.
