Heart electrical conduction system made easy. In this cardiac conduction system animation and anatomy lecture, you can learn how the heart's electrical system works. 🫀ECG Study Guide and Workbook: https://shop.registerednursern.com The heart's electrical conduction system is important to understand, especially when learning about ECG / EKG heart rhythms. Quiz: https://www.registerednursern.com/quiz-on-the-electrical-conduction-system-of-the-heart-anatomy-pathophysiology/ Normally, the signal starts with the sinoatrial node (SA node), which is the pacemaker of the heart. The SA node leads to atrial depolarization. The signal travelsl down internodal pathways such as Bachmann's bundle, and then travels to the AV node (atrioventricular node). The signal then travels to the Bundle of His, down the left and right bundle branches, and then to the perkinje fibers.
