This workout will work the arms and shoulders from every angle to tighten and firm them up. Equipment: Dumbbells (1 – 2kgs each). If you don’t have a pair of dumbbells, fill 2 water bottles with stones and use them as your weights. Structure: 15 reps per workout, 3 sets. For best result, aim to do these workouts 2 – 3 times weekly on alternate days.
