We learned that while actions help drive project progress, issues represent real problems that can impact outcomes and must be formally recorded for proper resolution. We also introduced project dependencies, which occur when a deliverable relies on the output of another project, often affecting timing and decision-making. To manage these different types of events efficiently within a single table, we added a new column using a drop-down list that allows us to classify each entry as an action, issue, or dependency. We also improved the structure and clarity of the log by updating column labels and aligning the format for better readability. With these enhancements, our project log becomes a more powerful tool for monitoring and controlling project events, ensuring that nothing important is missed and that all key situations are properly tracked and managed.
