As we all know, stress is an inevitable part of life, but it's important to understand how it affects our bodies and when it becomes chronic and turns into anxiety. Good stress, also known as eustress, is the type of stress that makes us feel alive, like a first date or riding a rollercoaster. On the other hand, bad stress or distress, such as relationship problems, abuse, or working in a high-pressure job, can last for a long time and lead to chronic stress. Chronic stress can have various physical and emotional effects on the body, such as weight gain, irritability, depression, and anxiety, and it's crucial to manage it as soon as possible. Anxiety is the emotional response to stress, and if left unchecked, it can lead to severe consequences.
