For more language games get my 101 Team Building Exercises Book 📖 on Amazon: https://geni.us/teamexercises Language games stimulate the creativity of the participants! In this exercise the team members say the first thing that occurs to them when hearing a word. Therefore, this exercise is great to do just before a brainstorming session.💡 #CreativeGame #TeamBuilding #Energizer #LanguageGames Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try: 1. During the second round in which they say rhyming words, they are not allowed to say the same word twice. To make sure they don’t do this, you can write the words they say on a whiteboard. Each time someone says a word, you check the whiteboard to make sure it is not said before. If they repeat a word, you tell them their final score and they have to start over. 2. Play an extra round in which the first person throwing the ball says a random word, for example, “table”. The person who catches the ball throws it to the next random person while saying a word starting with the last letter of the word he just received, for example, “experience”. When the team becomes proficient, you can choose a word category, for example, animals. They play the round in the same way, but are now just allowed to say animal names. A sequence can be: bird, dromedary, whale, etc. Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations.
