For more cooperative games get my 101 Team Building Exercises Book 📖 on Amazon: https://geni.us/teamexercises Cooperative games like this are great to use as energizers, but also as more serious communication exercises. Because there is a time challenge, the instructions need to be as accurate as possible without any miscommunication. ⏰ #Energizer #CommunicationSkills #Teamwork #CooperativeGames Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try: 1. If a trio violates a rule, you can add a time penalty of ten seconds to their final time. Violations are: the instructor pointing to a Lego piece, building himself to help the builders, or the builders talking. 2. You can skip recording the time. Instead, add a limit on the number of times the instructor can walk back and forth to the original Lego structure. For example, after three tries, the trio who has most accurately recreated the original structure wins the game. Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations. Plus 100 other team building exercises, including: • Extensive explanations • Multiple variations • The outcome of each exercise • And a QR code linked to the corresponding video Get my book here ➡️ https://geni.us/teamexercises 📕 Thank you all so much for supporting my channel!
