For example, they can also talk about a holiday that they remember or about something they know a lot about. 2.   In addition to using handclaps, the monitor can use different sounds to alert the speaker to his filler words or “ums”.  For example, when you want serious energy, you can just let the monitor interrupt the speaker by just saying he used a filler word.
