Did you like this interview exercise? Get my 101 Team Building Exercises Book 📖 on Amazon: https://geni.us/teamexercises This interview exercise is great to use when it comes to interviewing techniques! The participants can ask only one question regarding a certain topic. So they are forced to think very carefully about their question. ⁈ #CommunicationSkills #Improve #SelfEvaluation #InterviewExercise Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try: 1.   In the exercise, the participants ask only one question per topic. You can also let them ask more than one question in each round. Let the participants discover how many questions they need in order to learn how they see someone regarding a certain topic. Ask them during the evaluation round if it is always better to ask multiple questions, or that focussing on just one question might also have it’s benefits? 2.   During the third round in which the answerer doesn’t know the topic, he can guess after each question what the topic is. The questioner will continue asking questions until the answerer guesses what the topic is. The faster he guesses what  the topic of questioning is, the better. This will train the participants to be aware of  motivations when someone asks questions. This will improve people’s skills in giving the most advantageous answers. These skills are helpful during job interviews. Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations.
