For more communication exercises get my 101 Team Building Exercises Book 📖 on Amazon: https://geni.us/teamexercises During this communication exercise, the team will gossip, but the content will be positive instead of negative. This will have a great impact on the group’s ambience.😄💬 This is one of our communication exercise in which all of the nice things being said will create a positive climate. #TeamBuilding #Workplace #InspirationGames #CommunicationExercise Do you like this communication exercise? Let’s give these variations a try: 1.   When the group is big enough, instead of forming trios, you can also let them make subgroups of four or five people. In the same way as in the original exercise, the people in a subgroup positively gossip about one other person in that subgroup. They continue to change roles until there has been gossip about each person in the group. 2.   Instead of forming groups of three, they can also do this exercise with the whole group at the same time. They all sit in a circle, and you point to someone who will be the person all the others will gossip about. Someone from the group begins to gossip about this person. At a random moment, a different random person takes over the gossiping beginning his sentence with “Yes and…”. Let them continue for a few minutes. Go on until there has been gossip about each person. Can’t get enough of this exercise? In my new book you will find more variations. Plus 100 other team building exercises, including: • Extensive explanations • Multiple variations • The outcome of each exercise • And a QR code linked to the corresponding video Get my book here ➡️ https://geni.us/teamexercises 📕 Thank you all so much for supporting my channel!
