Let’s give these variations a try: 1.   When the team masters the exercise, you can challenge them to whisper the story at a faster speed. This will speed up the exercise and put their listening skills to the test. With a faster whispering speed, the story will often be completely different at the end.  2.   Instead of increasing the speed of the exercise, you can also make the exercise more challenging by telling the team to tell longer stories. Instead of thirty-second stories, they can tell two-minute stories. The longer the story is, the more challenging it is to completely remember and correctly retell all the details.
