In this lecture we dive into the fundamentals of programming loops using for and while. Building on the if statements from the previous week we use simple analogies such as a treadmill to demystify these essential concepts. You will learn how for loops count and iterate and how while loops continue until a condition is met. This session expands your coding toolkit and prepares you for writing more complex code.
