We begin with the problem definition and develop pseudocode for a function check0(L). To deepen understanding we compare this problem to earlier recursion examples such as the vessel cleaning analogy and factorial. These comparisons highlight the core principle of recursion doing one unit of work and delegating the rest. This lecture builds intuition for applying recursion to real problems and prepares for coding implementation.
