The majority of people fail interviews because they forget what it is they want to say! If you want to overcome interview nerves and remember your answers, stay tuned. HOW TO REMEMBER YOUR ANSWERS 00:44 If you want to remember your interview answers with confidence, you must use ACRONYMS. An acronym is a memorable word made up of the first few letters of key points you want to remember. Instead of trying to memorise long scripts, you only remember 3 or 4 letters — and those letters trigger the full answer in your mind. This works brilliantly in job interviews because: • It keeps your answer structured. • It stops you rambling. • It helps you stay calm under pressure. • It makes your response sound clear and professional. WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU? 01:19 The first acronym I want to teach you to use is when answering the question, Why should we hire you? Remember the word FIRE – F-I-R-E. What’s even better, you can easily remember my SEAT acronym for Tell Me About Yourself because you will be sitting on SEAT at your interview.
