A man arrives at the border with two children that aren’t his. He claims he’s been hired to drive them by their grandfather – but with child abductions rife at the border, officers must ensure he is who he claims. At the World Trade Bridge a suspicious shape seen on a x-ray leads to the investigation of a flat-bed lorry. Officers believe drugs may be hidden inside – but to access them, need to first remove dozens of gigantic marble slabs. Eventually 10 million dollars’ worth of cocaine is seized. In Laredo a traveller is found carrying more than ten thousand dollars. He claims he was planning to purchase some equipment in the US – but after initially lying about the money, officers aren’t so sure. At the Jaurez Lincoln bridge an agricultural canine alerts to a vehicle, and 50lbs of illegal raw meat is discovered. The occupants claim the food is for family and friends – but after a background check reveals they have previously been reprimanded for the same offence, they are deemed to be traders and receive a hefty fine.
