Herbed Chicken With Tomato Salsa! Chicken Milanese is an Italian dish traditionally made with veal cutlets, also known as Cotoletta alla Milanese. It’s a tasty recipe from Northern Italy in Milan, hence the name. This recipe is not traditional but incredibly delicious.
