The array size is fixed, while strings can have a variable number of elements. Arrays can contain any data type (char short int even other arrays) while strings are usually characters terminated with a null character. It is one of the most used data structures by programmers due to its efficient and productive nature. The Array is a collection of similar data type elements. It uses a contiguous memory location to store the elements. A string array is an array of a fixed number of string values. Before you start off with these problems, having solid knowledge of the basics of data structures and algorithms is recommended. ---------------------------------------- About Scaler -------------------------------------------------- We are a tech-focused upskilling and reskilling platform catering to tech enthusiasts in universities and working professionals.
