We call such equilibria knife-edge equilibria, as their existence lies precariously on the edge of a knife. The downside is that knife-edge conditions usually lead to a large number of equilibria, which require extra work to solve. The good news is that knife-edge equilibria are inherently unrealistic, so we can ignore them for the most part.
