In this video we start Unity with a new 2D project. What is a sprite and how we import popular image formats like jpg or png images as sprites into unity. We will use these sprites (2d objects) as game objects in our 2d game. We'll learn how translate, rotate, scale or rect tools work in a 2d project. We'll learn how to add gravity to a 2d object by adding Rigid body 2D. We'll also learn how to add colliders to the 2d objects and make these objects collide with one another based on the physics applied by the rigid body 2d.
