Has Amazon just cracked conversation design once and for all? To answer that, we created a POC to see what are advanced features we can get. It will be early to comment but, the solution does look promising.

- Upload the conversation( minimum 1000 turns), and within 30 min lex accelerate the conversation design.
- Wow feature: Conversation flow to visualize a conversation between the bot and a user.
- Auto ML to determine intent and slot
- Only English language support.
