This 22 minute workout features Ada and her Basic Training crew on the tarmac of the Wheeler Air base in Hawaii. W.U. – 5:00min – Ada and her crew take you through a full body warm up to prepare you for the action ahead! Cardio – 5:50min – An action packed challenging low impact cardio segment that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your body burning off extra fat! Strength segment – 8:00min – Light hand weights are used (1-5lbs optional) in this segment for extra resistance and faster results. Ada focuses here on the shoulder muscles, the triceps muscles, and then combines squats with chest presses for a good burn! Ada finishes the segment with Tummy tightening exercises on the floor. Cool Down – 5:00min – We finish this invigorating workout with a relaxing stretch segment. Special attention is given to the lower back and the hamstring and thigh muscles.
