Learners can not only exploit digital materials for language learning, they can also better connect language learning with the real world. This gives them the opportunity to acquire English when engaging with other topics of interest or when accessing different digital environments. In this webinar, we will discuss different activities and projects that teachers can integrate into the classroom that exploit digital tools such as mobile apps, MOOCs and virtual reality. We will also look at how digital tools can be used by learners to share language they learn in the outside world, or different language landscapes.
