Hi again and welcome back. Neuroscientist Kristen Race talks about generation stress in the upcoming TED Talk. There is so much to do in life, we often can’t help but fall victim to the vicious stress and anxiety cycle. We have little stressors and big stressors; we are all overwhelmed with how to deal with it all. And although intuitively we may think only the big stressors are problematic, you may be surprised how these little stressors can impact our brain. And it doesn’t end there - not only are we stressed but we are passing it on to the next generation. What can we do about this?
