It's more scary than it sounds, but basically it just states that we try to find the best template match for a function, and if we don't find one that matches immediately, we should not error out (even if that's invalid code). We'll use a little 'decltype' tag to otherwise choose between two templates. Primarily for myself I find it helpful to know about this technique when designing templates to otherwise 'push' your generic code in the right direction to use the correct overload.
