This time we will look at creating and appending to files using the streaming interface. Understanding that everything is a 'stream' and has some buffer below it is helpful in this lesson. Otherwise, pretty much everything we have learned can be used, and we can again navigate our own file streams that we create. We'll focus on writing out data, and making sure that we properly cast to the correct time in order to write out our data.
